OBJECTIVES: Develop a brand platform that strengthens the bank's position as a personalized professional institution dedicated to growing entrepreneurial businesses.
STRATEGIES: Following in-depth interviews with Westfield executives and staff, we quickly discovered that their ability to "think small" would make all the difference when it came to growing a nimble, service-centered bank that caters to business owners. "Dream Big, bank small" became the platform from which they would communicate their value and authenticity — banking professionals who really enjoy helping people and building lasting relationships. Our communications platform focused on educating on the added value of their unique products, resources and unparalleled service.
RESULTS: Westfield Bank, ranked as the eighth largest savings institution in Northeast Ohio, enjoys over 70 agent relationships and nearly 10,000 policyholders in Medina County. In 2006, they celebrated the grand opening of the new Medina branch. Westfield Bank has grown to $260 million in assets in just five years. | |
