OBJECTIVES: Reposition a local, 110 year-old brokerage firm, highly regarded by its clients but less known to the middle-market business community.
STRATEGIES: We carefully observed how Oswald served its clients, deducting that this entrepreneurial group is a high touch, relationship-driven organization and strong community partner. We streamlined and refocused the company's core messages, including the tag line, "Striving to become your perfect partner," which provides a backdrop for developing a leverage-able brand position. We worked extensively with Oswald's executive team to create the critical tools to build a cohesive, brand-focused internal culture.
RESULTS: Since our collaboration began in 2003, Oswald Companies has realized significant growth — greater than 30% in 2007 alone. Oswald has since opened offices in Detroit, Columbus, Minneapolis, and Tampa. |
