| CLIENT: Johnsonite, Environmental Flooring Division
OBJECTIVES: For decades, Johnsonite has produced commercial flooring products in accordance with some of the most stringent standards recently put in place by Green Building Council and other environmental watchdogs. The challenge was to build a web "micro" site that would better position Johnsonite as an environmental steward, and long-time leader — with a goal of re-educating longstanding clients in architecture and construction.
STRATEGIES: Built on an open source platform, Boondock Walker designed and developed a new Flash enhanced online campaign to clarify Johnsonites brand position sustainability, environmental policies, processes, and principles of environmentally safe manufacturing.
RESULTS: The site became a catalyst for the re-designing and re-engineering of Tarkett, Azrock, and Johnsonite web sites on an open source platform. Jointly developed by Boondock and Johnsonite, the shared architecture allowed for more robust user experience, and powerful yet simple content management system for Johnsonite staff to manage at every level. |
