| CLIENT: Azrock by Tarkett
OBJECTIVES: With a solid brand presence in Europe, Azrock, the commercial flooring division of Tarkett, wanted to increase brand awareness and market position within the architecture and design community of North American. They sought to increase B2B market share by offering a meaningful value proposition and improving online presence.
STRATEGIES: Built on an open source platform, we designed and developed a new Azrock web site with a powerful content-management system that allows for simple content and product updating. The site's powerful backend capabilities were built with the expectation of growth in mind. A complete redesign of the site architecture makes it significantly easier for visitors to search, browse and order product samples.
RESULTS: The user interface and site architecture of the Azrock B2B Web site is more intuitive, easier to navigate and visually appealing. Through simplified information design and a dynamic product viewer, visitors are able to browse through Azrock's comprehensive product line without navigating away from the master products page. It also provides ease of access to design and installation tools and a robust resource library. Launched in August, 2008, the site is already generating a substantial increase in traffic, with over 70% of new visits coming from the United States. |
