Chris Baldwin is a veteran public relations professional focused on developing communication strategy that delivers to the bottom line. Chris spent nearly 20 years working with several of Northeast Ohio's largest integrated marketing communications firms and is credited with developing several programs that produced unprecedented sales growth and brand awareness. He is an expert in developing marketing strategy for brands that sell through a two-step distribution model. He has worked with leading building products manufacturers and brands like Bosch Power Tools, Exterior Portfolio by Crane, Duck brand duct tape, Glidden, Henkel, Knauf Insulation, Moen, OSI Sealants, and TimberTech composite decking.
Recently Chris founded True Digital Communications, a firm focused on developing digital marketing strategy and execution for brands focused on connecting with customers through search marketing, digital public relations, email marketing, and mobile. True investigates a brand's Digital DNA to open new communication channels focused on open, honest, relevant, and purposeful content and interaction. True provides brands with analytics and intelligence to make informed, strategic marketing decisions. With offices in Cleveland, Ohio, True was founded in 2011 and provides digital marketing services for many companies and their communications agency partners.
In addition to True, Chris gives his time and energy to Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland and Kent State University. He is the immediate past president of the board of directors at Ronald McDonald House. He has volunteered his time and served on a variety of committees at Ronald McDonald House for more than 15 years. Chris also served on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Ohio. Chris also speaks to students at Kent State University every year.
